The Diamond Chariot. In 2 Volumes Review Essay Example

The Diamond Chariot. In 2 Volumes Review Paper Essay on The Diamond Chariot. In 2 Volumes Rummaged through the Internet, I read interviews with Akunin and thats what found: Akunin about your nickname: I strongly believe that the name of a thing determines its fate, including the project name, the name of a person and so Further. So I chose a long time, I call this new literary character that I create. Theres a whole story. Firstly, the first readers to think, what is meant by the anarchist Bakunin, because B. Akunin - so the first edition books signed. Then somewhere in the fourth novel, when there was a line of Japanese, most enlightened readers of steel in Eastern affairs to guess what the deal here. And it is not in Bakunin. And not that I consider myself a villain or something going villainous inflict on readers. No, the other thing. The fact that the main characters of my books its not positive characters, who are always more or less the same, and the bad people, the villains. And my books create a gallery of villains. And Im interested in are not the small demons, not boring everyday evil, and evil is demonic. Because it represents a real danger, it is tempting, it is unpr edictable, it is very beautiful. In my books you will not find the villains of small, boring and non-hazardous. Each of them it is a worthy opponent. Each of them to win the whole story, and not always my hero succeed. And even if it turns out, sometimes the reader closes the book and thinks so: Hell, who knows, maybe the villain was right » We will write a custom essay sample on The Diamond Chariot. In 2 Volumes Review Essay Example The Diamond Chariot. In 2 Volumes Review Paper Essay on The Diamond Chariot. In 2 Volumes The Diamond Chariot a bright, fresh, exciting, beautiful and a little sad. Fandorin is in Japan, where is experiencing a lot of (together with Masa) adventures, meets their greatest love and loses it. Actively flavored with Japanese flair, this story is addictive, because we see a new look at some familiar things. Feels great interest and love Akunin to this small but stunningly original and peculiar country, customs which have conquered my imagination. The author reveals one card: it is known that refers to the alias Akunin a strong villain, having its own principles, the rules that it does not disturb. Well, I hope that this is so. In general, I was amused by the phrase Fandorin about what kind of Japan unusual country, where every villain has its own code of certain rules, which he holds is always In the first volume, of course, the main character -. Captain Rybnikov, which runs its own way, deftly manipulates people, pursues her Diamond chariot carrying him to happiness, however, is no longer on Earth. Again, I notice repeatedly iterative reception author like evil punished, Victoria celebrates good, but no where there Rybnikov wins this battle, despite his own death, it is planned that he himself personally expected of me. The final letter like should put everything in its place, but it actually leaves a lot of questions, some of which I can not answer. Akunin always so difficult, and often the very mystery is far more attractive clues. We will write a custom essay sample on The Diamond Chariot. A bit naive, touching, so respectfully referring to foreign customs, has not yet hardened hearts (it is in front of him), he refuses to ride a rickshaw and does not intend to choose a wife for a while, although the proposals were. Fandorin as always there is a small thread with which to untangle all ball. Though like Lisas death from the Azazel made him a whiskey to turn gray, and left an indelible mark on his soul, it was after the story of O-Yumi (aka Midori) it hardens, it felt some change of heart, like the bright light that illuminates room, went out, his heart will never be the same again, and the soul -. so alive and immediate In general, read and enjoy, not often to our table served as a tasty dish .

Gone Country

We have read many essays pertaining to identity over the course of this semester. The essay that I believe truly focuses on this subject is "Gone Country". Our personalities are often associated with what music we listen to. The essay "Gone Country", discuss what makes up the personality of someone who listens to country music. People express identity in many different ways; music is just one-way to show someone's characteristics, as well as individuality. In Gone Country, the author takes country music and shows how it often has an effect on the people who listen to it. I do not agree with the credibility of the points that are expressed in the article, such as "country fans are more educated than both adult contemporary or rock audiences"(p. 423). Saying that someone who listens to country music is more educated than someone who listens to a different type of music is absurd. What they don't take into consideration is the age of the people who listen to country music. They say it themselves in the article, "These musicians-smarter, hipper; their fans-older, wiser" (p. 424). Of course the country fans are going to be wiser if the majority of their fans are between the ages of 30-50. Saying that country artists are smarter than rock artists is a falsehood. There is no way you can say someone is smarter, due to the fact they perform a certain type of music. I enjoy listening to many different types of music, particularly rock music. I think music plays a part in everyone's life, and also reflects a person's identity. When I listen to music I like to read the lyrics to figure out what message the artist is trying to relay to their listener. My favorite band is tool. Their music would be put into the hard rock category. One song they sing that I can really relate to is slip away. Maynard, the lead singer starts this powerful song by talking about how a break up leaves him cracked and drags h

WHO Framework and Healthcare System of U.K Essay

WHO Framework and Healthcare System of U.K - Essay Example The basic objective of WHO framework (2007) is to strengthen healthcare systems throughout the world so that general health standards of the people can get improved. The paper will study the healthcare system of U.K. keeping in view the basic guidelines as provided in WHO framework and assess its strengths and weaknesses. The paper will also look into the healthcare system of Canada so as to have some comparative viewpoint regarding healthcare services as operating in these two countries. WHO Framework (2007) and Building Blocks There are six building blocks of any health system as prescribed by World Health organisation for an excellent healthcare system in any country. (World Health†¦ 2007) 1. Good Health Services That means safe, effective, and quality health services to all those who need them while making optimum use of resources. 2. An Efficient Health Workforce It is an important building block that should perform well to achieve the best health outcomes. They are compete nt, responsive, and productive to carry out the health functions. There should be sufficient healthcare professionals spread across all the geography. ... t and Leadership Governance and Leadership works towards strategic policy frameworks with proper regulation and effective oversight coupled with proper accountability. Judging UK Healthcare Services from above Criteria U.K.’s National Health System follows (NHS) the Beveridge Model of healthcare to provide healthcare services to its citizens. The NHS is a government-run institution that takes care of all its citizens and provides them doctors, clinics and hospitals. Since citizens do not pay any bills, it does not put any undue financial burden on the citizens including the treatment taken for any critical illness. In this system, the patients are always at ease for they get healthcare services through government funding and they need not spend anything from their own pockets. The advantage of the model is that each and every citizen gets medical treatment free of charge regardless of their economic status and kind of illness. Patients need not pay hefty insurance premiums for the various health issue coverage as found in the countries like U.S.; however, the UK government does charge 17 percent sales tax to cover up healthcare expenses for its countrymen. The disadvantage with the Beveridge model is that it does not provide any motivation to the physician for they cannot charge (Hamilton 2009). U.K being a developed country is good on availability of vaccines, medical products and in health related technologies. Vaccines are usually available as and when need arises in all parts of the country. Certain shortages of branded drugs in U.K has been attributed to European Union trade laws, under which medicines from UK cannot be prevented from export to other countries of Europe. The Department of Health in its last meeting with manufacturers and suppliers has taken
